The property is exquisite, with a spacious layout and beautiful original character features, including the wonderful stripped hardwood flooring, now varnished to an excellent finish. The property also overlooks the village church and is in a stunning location surrounded by traditional stone character properties and the village pond. Look forward to spending your evenings unwinding in the spacious sitting room with three large sofas to curl up with your loved ones and enjoy some quality family time together catching up with the day's events. Walk through to the open-plan fitted kitchen/diner, housing a range of contemporary appliances so you can easily rustle up a delicious home-cooked meal for the whole family, whilst the two dining areas offer plenty of space to enjoy your meals over a well-deserved glass of champagne. Retire to any one of the three bedrooms resting on the first floor, consisting of a super king-size and two twins, with the master boasting a delightful en-suite shower room. One of the twin rooms has floor-to-ceiling windows, with delightful views over the pond and letting in an abundance of natural light. Outside, there is a large enclosed garden, with plenty of seating so you can sit out in the afternoon sun with a refreshing beverage, whilst your four-legged friends run freely. Wereham is a delightful rural village, with plenty of opportunities nearby for some scenic walking and cycling opportunities. The nearby market town of Downham Market has a wonderful selection of independent shops, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants for all of your amenities. Venture into the thriving town of King's Lynn, where you will discover a plethora of attractions, including the Lynn Museum with audio guides inside to give you a tour of the historic interior and explanations for the many displays.
