The accommodation, a private annex to the owner’s home, all set on the ground floor with comfy sitting/dining room for relaxation and feasts, with Smart TV and gas fire for those snuggly evenings in. The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to rustle up big Cornish breakfasts and evening meals, if the town’s array of restaurants and foody pubs don’t tempt you out. As the evening draws in, retire to the bedroom with built in storage and generous super king bed ensuring good slumber, which can convert into twin beds on request. The fully tiled wet room will set you up for the day with a good spritz or wash away those sandy limbs after a day at the beach. Enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine in the enclosed garden. There is also access to the shared lawn, with a distant sea glimpse. Grab your bikes and explore the scenic Great Flat Lode Mining Trail, a level 7-mile cycle route. Play a round at the Tehidy Park Golf Club or explore the country trails around picturesque Tehidy Woods. There is a choice of beautiful beaches within easy reach. Surf, bodyboard or swim at Gwithian Beach, with rockpools and oceanside cafes. Hayle Towan’s stretch of golden sand and coast path boasts cliff top views and stunning sunsets across to Godrevy Lighthouse. Discover the hidden coves to seal watch and spy the dolphins from your cliff top advantage. Further afield, the Eden Project makes a fabulous day out, or visit iconic St Ives and browse the galleries, or enjoy a boat trip to St Mawes from harbourside Falmouth. The dramatic coastline at Land’s End is a must do excursion, or the cobbled causeway to majestic St Michael’s Mount is within an easy drive.
