The property

This modern, semi-detached, stone-built Tintagel cottage enjoys wonderful distant coastal views and has a spacious and bright open plan living area, simply but comfortably furnished and including a woodburner. It opens out to a private, enclosed garden that catches the sun all day - just made for escaping the stresses of modern living. Note: This Tintagel cottage can be booked with Ref. 3836, 14431, 1043669 and 918337, together they sleep 15.

One of our Cornwall cottages in a small village half a mile from Tintagel. Great sea views. Open plan living. Superb surfing nearby. Wadebridge 12 miles.

All ground floor. One double bedroom with king size bed. Bathroom with bath, shower over and basin. Separate WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner.

Electric central heating with woodburner in sitting area. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, Smart TV, , WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road private parking. Small patio with garden furniture overlooking smallholding which now has a charcoal bbq. One well-behaved dog welcome at surcharge of £60 per dog/per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and Post Office 0.5 miles, pub/restaurant 10 mins walk. Note: This property is not suitable for children (including infants). Note: Property has a check-in time of 4pm.
