Entering the apartment and visitors are greeted by a hugely impressive open-plan living and dining space with a good-sized kitchen leading off. The living area is all about the sea views with large picture windows designed to maximise the panoramic vistas and this is somewhere you can imagine gathering together to socialise, catch up on each other’s holiday news and soak up those sublime views. Step into the fully fitted kitchen where you will find all that is required to be able to produce healthy meals for the whole family. Take a seat at the breakfast bar, pour yourself a drink and keep the chef company and then when it is time to serve up, the dining table is all set up ready for you to look forward to long, leisurely meals together. You can walk down the South West Coastal Path from the communal garden gate to St Ives or Lelant, stopping at Hawkes Point to take in the seaside scenery or take a stroll into Carbis Bay where you can stock up on any kitchen essentials, or treat yourself to some traditional fish and chips? Visit nearby St Ives while you are here which is great for a day out with loads of independent shops, boutiques, galleries (including Tate St Ives) and eateries to explore. St Ives is around a 30 minute walk away, along the scenic coast path. The quayside town of Hayle also isn't far and is home to activities for the all the family, including a golf and a wildlife sanctuary. The Godrevy Nature Reserve and Penwith Heritage Coast are also within easy reach from Carbis Bay, providing outdoors and watersports plans with even more activities to partake in, including coasteering and birdwatching.
