Across the hallway, the spacious south-facing living area offers fantastic views across the bay towards St Michaels Mount. Sit back in front of the woodburning stove and enjoy a delightful evening in, or step outside through the patio doors to the al fresco dining area and appreciate the views as the sun sets. Mount View Cottage boasts three bedrooms, comprising of two ground-floor rooms and a master bedroom accessed by a private staircase. Featuring a balcony overlooking the bay, the king-size bedroom is a splendid place to relax and unwind with a glass of wine after a day exploring. To the rear of Mount View Cottage there is a raised sun terrace where you can enjoy a barbecue. Through the lawned garden you have a short cut into the town, where you have a great selection of restaurants, pubs and galleries to explore. Marazion’s large sandy beach will keep the whole family entertained, with windsurfing and sailing available. Overlooking the bay, St Michaels Mount and the subtropical gardens are well worth a visit. The town of Penzance can be reached within 3.8 miles, whilst St Ives and Helston are also within easy reach. A superb holiday home to be enjoyed by the whole family.
