From external steps up you enter the hallway of this modern and spacious retreat, where the open plan living area boasts a big picture window overlooking the ocean, with a dining area for social feasts.Sliding doors open to a glass Juliette balcony offering beautiful sea views. The kitchen boasts all you could need for your self-catered stay including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, and microwave. There are three welcoming bedrooms; a master with king-size bed and en-suite shower room; sliding doors open to a small balcony offering space for one person to sit out. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom, ensuring flexible sleeping arrangements. There is also a pristine separate bathroom, ideal for that relaxing soak after a day at the beach or discovering the scenery from the coast path. During the warmer months, you and your loved ones can make the most of the rear garden with its patio area and seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee whilst soaking up the coastal surroundings. Amble downhill to pretty Coverack village, where you’ll find a fabulous foodie pub, cafes, shops for provisions and an art gallery to browse. Explore the harbour and little sandy beach; take a kayak out or simple enjoy fish and chips by the sea. The Lizard Peninsula boasts many traditional fishing villages with hidden coves, rugged headlands and sandy beaches, just a short drive away. Visit the towns of Mullion and Cadgwith, and explore some must-see attractions, including Trelowarren House and Gardens and Flambards Village Theme Park, while the picturesque and dramatic cliffs of the National Trust's Lizard Point, offer a scenic backdrop to your coastal walk and further up the coast, the picturesque enclosed tidal beach of Kynance Cove awaits.
