This stylish, end of terrace cottage with a generous side entrance has three bedrooms, a super-king size bed, a king size bed and small bunk room with adult size mattresses. The ground floor has a bright and comfortable living room, a downstairs cloakroom/wc, an open plan kitchen and dining area and patio doors leading out into an enclosed terraced garden. The bottom terrace is shingled with a paved patio area, rattan dining furniture, rattan sun lounger and cafe style table and chairs. The secure side entrance has direct access to the garden, a warm outdoor shower and storage boxes with cushions for the rattan furniture and beach items. There are hanging rails for wetsuits and a washing line.
St Merryn village is one mile inland and has a bakery, grocery, newsagents, petrol station, restaurants, wine bar and pubs. Trevose Golf Club is a mile away and welcomes visitors and the relatively new Pig Hotel is a 15 minute stroll with outdoor bar and eating as well as restaurant dining.
Padstow is only 3 miles away offering year round food events and festivals, plenty of eating options, a ferry to Rock and wonderful cycling along the Camel Valley.

from the sandy beach of Harlyn Bay. Three bedrooms, pet-friendly, enclosed garden. Shop, pub and beach 100 yards away. Padstow 2.5 miles.

Three bedrooms: 1 x super king-size double, 1 x small bunk room with adult size mattresses.. Shower room with large shower, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with a low-rise three seater sofa.

Calor gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV. Fuel and power included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Off road parking in front of the house for 1 car. Enclosed terraced garden with patio area, rattan furniture, warm outdoor shower. One well behaved pet welcome (or two small). Sorry, no smoking. Beach 150 metres, access to beach either by steps or over bridge to ramp. Nearest pub/bar is The Pig Hotel, Trevose Golf Club or 3 pubs in St Merryn.
