On the first floor there is the beautifully furnished bedroom with a double bed and a single which can be used for a child or a relaxing day bed. The balcony here is a delightful spot to enjoy breakfast together or a glass of wine after a day out. When it comes to dining out you are spoilt for choice with three excellent pubs, the St Maybyn Inn, the St Tudy Inn and the award winning CAMRA Blisland Inn all within a 4 mile drive. Each of these superb pubs offer top quality food and fine local ales. With a selection of some of the finest beaches Cornwall has to offer all within a short drive and the spectacular north Cornish coast waiting to be explored, Slate Cottage offers a comfortable cottage in a great location for that well-earned break all year round.
