The property

This charming barn conversion which has been featured in Tatler magazine is accessed by a private tree lined lane, conveniently located in the rural hamlet of Rescorla. Close by is the village of Penwithick,
approximately two miles from the old market town of St Austell, home to numerous beaches and sub tropical gardens. The world heritage site of Luxulyan Valley and the Eden Project is only a short drive away. Upon entering this light and airy property you will be instantly impressed by the high quality finish and attention to detail, including slate floors with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. Vaulted ceilings
with skylights making a bright environment. The property is semi-reversed, sympathetically restored, exquisitely decorated and beautifully furnished throughout and comprises of: Fully fitted kitchen and dining room with integral appliances and wall mounted television.
