Perfectly located for touring North Cornwall and its wonderful coastline, this inviting semi-detached cottage is situated on a non-working farm, down a quiet lane, opposite the St Kew Golf Club, near the town of Wadebridge. You will feel the character of this lovely old cottage as soon as you arrive, with its beamed ceilings, exposed stonework and warming AGA. The two bedrooms are both on the first floor, consisting of a double and a twin, along with the bathroom, whilst on the ground floor is an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. French doors from the living area open out onto a lawned garden, which is a great place for both children and pets to let off steam whilst you prepare a meal on the barbecue. A golfer's haven, with a course only a five-minute walk away from the cottage, there is also a pub within walking distance. The cottage owners have a farm shop and you can visit the working farm with horses, free range chickens and geese, to enjoy a true country lifestyle. This part of Cornwall boasts wonderful walking routes, as well as horse riding and cycling opportunities. Just three miles away is the town of Wadebridge, with its selection of individual shops and fine eating places, and also in the area are popular sandy beaches, along with the delightful villages of Boscastle and Tintagel. The Cottage is an excellent base for exploring North Cornwall.
