The property

With some of the finest views that West Cornwall has to offer, this second-floor apartment with a lift, occupies prime position in the heart of Marazion. The apartment's elevated vantage point offers spectacular views from the balcony which stretches across the sea facing side of the property, making the most of the view including the beach and St Michael's Mount which stands majestically in the blue waters of Mounts Bay. There is a lift to the apartment, step out into the hall and through the door into a bright open plan living space, the view will be evident as soon as you step through the door, with the glass doors to the balcony making the most of this excellent view. Seating and dining areas facing the seascape and the well-equipped kitchen at the other end to cook up breakfast, why not take out it out to the balcony, enjoy the morning sea air and sunrise or a glass of wine in the evening with a beautiful sunset. A 20-minute drive north-west will transport you to the fishing village of St Ives and the north coast, famous for its surfing beaches and dramatic cliff top walks. Higher Mount View is a fabulous destination for couples or friends at any time of year.
