Set over one floor and next to the owners property and offers a great base to explore the Cornish Riviera. Explore the narrow streets and winding alleyways of Mevagissey to get a feel for everyday life in this working fishing village. Clustered with pretty cottages, curiosity shops, old inns and restaurants they lead to a charismatic quayside and harbour where colourful fishing vessels come and go with the tide.In the summer months mackerel fishing trips leave from the quay as well as ferries across the bay to the beautiful waterfront town of Fowey. Beach lovers are well catered for with sandy beaches at Polstreath just outside the village and Pentewan, just over two miles by car or less on the coast path whilst the beaches of Gorran Haven and Caerhays are also within a short drive. A public footpath close to Respryn leads to the picturesque cove of Portmellon which also boasts a restaurant and pub. The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project with its inspirational biospheres of tropical and temperate plants are both within a fifteen minute drive.
