Bay View House is a detached house, set back and above the West Pentire Road between Crantock Village and West Pentire. It is in an outstanding position with fantastic sea views over Crantock Bay and beyond. The house is decorated in a traditional style, in keeping with the house’s 1930’s origins. The house is light and airy with plenty of space and very well equipped to our high standards to ensure that guests have a fabulous self catering holiday. The Property Manager lives in completely separate accommodation to the rear.

Bay View House is a five minute walk from Crantock beach and Polly Joke beach, making it a family or surfers haven. A few minutes walk away is a pub, serving food and drink with the same fantastic view, and Crantock village is only five minute drive away, where there are two more pubs, a Londis grocery store, Post Office and other village attractions. Bay View House also has exclusive access to two gardens, one being fully enclosed making it ideal for parties with small children and dogs.

Sitting room with view. Den room. Dining room with table for 6, log burner. Family Bathroom: Bath, seperate shower cubicle, sink, WC, storage, heated towel rail.

Shop and pub 5 minutes walk. Fuel and Power inc. in the rent. Cot and highchair available. Sorry, no smoking. Parking for 3 cars. Included in the rental price is bed linen for each bed that has been booked and a shower mat for each shower or bath, each guest is also provided with a bath and hand towel - Guests must provide their own beach towels.
