There is a utility room with shower located on the ground floor, whilst outside is a small patio area and private parking. Rock is renowned as the watersports hub of the region, with paddleboarding, speedboat trips and fishing trips on offer. The mile long golden sandy beach is an inviting spot for soaking up the sun and beautiful scenery, whilst across the estuary is Padstow, a stunning fishing harbour, accessible via a daily foot ferry, with plenty of galleries, gift shops and eateries. Well-kept coastal paths take you around to the neighbouring cove of Daymer Bay with its crystal-clear sheltered waters, perfect for a swim, before returning home for sundowners.
