From the rear courtyard, head up internal stairs from your private entrance to the hallway, leading you into the light and airy open-concept living area, tasteful with ocean hues and artwork. Here, you can relax on the plush sofas, gather around the dining table with good food prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The views around the bay are fabulous, spied from the picture windows and balcony, a lovely sunspot. Two of the three bedrooms, with super-king, zip/link beds for extra flexibility are on the lower floor alongside the smart family bathroom. The master bedroom on the second floor offers a king-sized bed, private balcony, 180-degree sea views and an ensuite shower room. Within a short downhill walk, Porthminster Beach is breath-taking, with crystal waters and golden sand. Dip your toes, take a big splash or enjoy a surf or bodyboard. Explore the scenic South West coast path, spying birds and wildlife along the way. Porthminster Beach is host to superb restaurants, and the supermarket is close by for provisions. In St Ives, you'll find four fabulous beaches for water sports, surf lessons and swimming. Board a boat from pretty Harbour Beach, for fishing or leisure. Characterful twisty lanes have an abundance of independent shops for gifts and lots of galleries to browse, including The Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden.
