Enter roadside through the gate to the first-floor, leading to the double and single bedroom, whilst there is also an alluring snug room with Smart TV and chesterfield sofas. Discover the balcony overlooking the private enclosed garden, providing an idyllic spot to sit back and soak up the scene. Take the exterior stairs to the ground-floor, hosting a compact yet well-appointed open-plan living complete with everything required for a self-catered stay, including a resourceful kitchen, dining and sitting area. There is also a generously sized bathroom, dominated by a freestanding bath and Smart TV, so you can enjoy your favourite shows in the tub. On the top floor lies the master double bedroom, boasting the best views in the house, and a twin, both neatly presented and featuring ample storage. From the dining area on the ground floor, step outside onto a patio which opens onto the lawned garden, leading to a herbaceous, vegetable and fruit garden at the side offering sunny aspects. Be sure to take advantage of the balcony, extending to the side which provides the perfect spot to sit back and relax whilst immersing yourself in those fabulous views.
