Entering into the porch you pass through the kitchen into the living room which has access through the rear porch into the enclosed garden making it ideal for children and pets. Young children in particular will delight in the play house in the garden, a real aladdins cave packed full of toys and so much to keep them amused. There are three bedrooms, a super king size zip and link bed offering a choice of double or two singles, a king size double bed and a twin bedroom all situated on the first floor along with the bathroom. Whilst the surrounding area is a haven for dog walking if you wish to go out for an evening or enjoy a day out at one of the many attractions the County has to offer the owners, who live next door offer a dog sitting service bookable direct with them. With a choice of so many activities on the beach with surf and kite buggy schools for those seeking adventure to the spectacular coastal walking there will always be so much to do here with something for everyone. The golf course, surely one of the most beautifully located anywhere is less than a mile away. Perranporth itself offers a wide choice of pubs, restaurants and takeaways so dining out will always be a pleasure.
