With three bedrooms, this single-storey, pet-friendly property is ideal for friends or families looking to explore Cornwall. Park off-road near lodge and enter into a light and airy open-plan living space where you will find a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of amenities to cater to your culinary needs. Enjoy your meal at the dining table, afterwards recline in the sitting area on one of the three sofas available. When sleep calls, freshen up in the bathroom before catching your rest in one of the three well-presented bedrooms, choosing between a king-size with handy en-suite, a double, and a twin. Outside, dine alfresco on the decking or enjoy the last of the evening sunshine with a tipple in hand. This property offers access to on-site facilities including a pool and bar area, and there are also communal lawn spaces ideal for picnics. St Minver is a delightful village offering a convenience store for all of your essentials, as well as a local pub, The Fourways Inn. For more amenities head over to Polzeath and Wadebridge where there are numerous pubs, cafés, and restaurants to choose from. There are many attractions throughout the local area, including Polzeath Beach, Doyden Castle, watersports opportunities, and the Trevose Head Heritage Coast.
