This spacious family‑friendly property is ideal for up to eight guests seeking a relaxing Cornwall holiday, combining a peaceful rural setting with easy access to beaches, coastal walks and local amenities. Off‑road parking is available on arrival, allowing guests to immediately unwind and take in the tranquil surroundings before stepping inside the welcoming accommodation.
The cottage features a comfortable living room with leather seating, Sky TV and a cosy wood‑burning stove, creating a warm and inviting space to relax after a day of coastal adventures. A selection of books and games adds to the home‑from‑home feel. The well‑equipped kitchen and dining area is perfectly suited to self‑catering holidays, offering an electric double oven and ample space for preparing meals, while the dining table provides a sociable setting for sharing food and stories from the day. Accommodation is thoughtfully arranged with a ground floor double bedroom and three first floor bedrooms, including a further double bedroom, a versatile zip‑and‑link bedroom and a twin bedroom ideal for children. Kitchen. Living room with woodburning stove and Sky TV. Converted annexe with a kitchenette, dining room, ground floor double & one of the bathrooms.
