With its golden sands of Daymer Bay and Polzeath, these beaches are within a 15-minute car trip. Alternatively, Padstow, Port Issac and Tintagel are a short drive. This property is ideally located for a family holiday.
There is a spacious entrance hall to keep your shoes and coats which leads to a delightful sitting room, with 3 sofas and a smart TV with DVD player. A central fireplace and seaside accessories create that home-away-from-home feel, somewhere peaceful to relax with outside views to keep you company. The kitchen which is equipped to a high standard leads through a hallway with rear entrance to a utility where there is a coffee machine, microwave and more space to hang coats. Bi-fold doors from the kitchen open up onto the secluded three tier garden with an area on each level to rest and take in the peaceful scenery. The family bathroom compliments the property's modern style wholeheartedly; a white suite with designer tiles, a free standing bath and a separate walk-in, rainfall shower. You will be pleased to discover the calm and serene bedrooms, with a layout to suit everybody, including a tasteful master bedroom with king-size bed and bi-fold doors opening to the rear of the property on to a raised decking area.
