When sleep calls, venture off to the bedrooms for some well-earned rest ahead of another adventurous day; the lodge is home to a delightful double with an en-suite shower room, perfect for rinsing any sand of after a day at the beach, as well as two twin bedrooms, perfect for children or friends sharing. When you wake, freshen up in the family bathroom, which gives you the option of an indulgent soak in the bath or a quick shower, and make your way out to the decking to enjoy your coffee with a view. The wrap-around decking provides plenty of seating, meaning you can take your meals alfresco, or even just enjoy a relaxing moment to yourself on the sun loungers. The site itself offers many things to do during your stay, including swimming in the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, indulging in a sauna and steam session, and making the best of your evening with dinner and entertainment at the bar/eatery. Be sure to visit the delightful Porth Beach, where you can unwind with a good book while sunbathing, paddle in the shores, or try your hand at some watersports. Children and animal lovers can enjoy a day the superb Newquay Zoo, home to an array of exotic animals over 13-acre gardens. If aquatic animals are more to your interest, take a trip to the nearby Blue Reef Aquarium Newquay to discover the sharks, turtles and many other exotic species. A fun-filled afternoon can be found at Pirate's Quest Adventure Golf, which is just a short drive away from the lodge and offers a pirate-themed experience and mini-golf course, fun for all the family! If you prefer a more relaxed day of walking, explore the coastal paths nearby and venture out to the lovely Trenance Gardens for a stroll along the lake before stopping for some tea and cake.
