The property has two sitting rooms with gas fires and ample seating, so you can choose where to cosy up with a good book or your favourite TV show, while one of the rooms has a stunning fireplace and original beams, giving it added character. There are two dining rooms, so you have a choice as to where to enjoy family meals, lovingly prepared in the large kitchen, with quarry-tiled floor and a newly fitted Range gas cooker, as well as plenty of worktop space to prepare ingredients and a utility room with additional storage and a washing machine should you require it. Downstairs is a lower-ground-floor play room/sitting room divided into two parts; at one end is a TV with a selection of games and DVDs as well as a pool table, ideal for keeping children entertained, and at the other end is additional seating next to a charming water feature, where you can enjoy a quiet moment, looking out onto the wonderful garden. Head out of the patio doors into the rear, enclosed garden, which has a large lawn and a patio with seating and your own private hot tub, where you can admire the far-reaching countryside and river views, while up a set of steps to the ground floor level brings you to an additional patio area with another seating area,w here you can enjoy a spot of alfresco dining.
