The property

South Hill Farmhouse (22) is an enormous Grade Two Listed holiday home capable of accommodating up to 22 people in spacious surroundings. Once a local farmhouse, the property has been converted to provide 11 bedrooms and a wealth of bathrooms making it perfect for large family or group gatherings looking to enjoy the Cotswolds and Stow on the Wold. The owners have ensured that all elements for a large party have been considered: a large Dining Room , vast Living Room and a separate games room make it perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable break. The house is located on the Fosse Way, the well-known and historically significant main road connecting Cirencester and Stow-on-the-Wold. As a major thoroughfare, it carries steady traffic, making it a prominent and bustling route. Despite this, the property enjoys a convenient location, just five minutes from the heart of the charming market town of Stow-on-the-Wold. The quality touches are evident throughout - Farrow and Ball colours, Robert Welch cutlery and Denby crockery all add to the appeal of this large holiday home. Multiple TVs, DVD,WIFI. Fuel and power inc in rent. Please note an initial supply of logs & kindling is provided for the property between October until end of March; additional log supplies can be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. 2 x Cot and 2 x highchair available. Large garden with table and chairs. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.2 miles. Note:This property has a refundable good housekeeping bond of £500. Note: This property is over 3 floors, and the first floor has 2 separate staircases. 2 pets welcome.

The parking will fit 8 medium size cars, but please note you will have to block some cars in to fit.
