The ground floor encompasses a well-equipped kitchen and dining area where you can wine and dine with your loved ones, and there are also two comfortable sitting rooms to choose from where you can open the French doors on a sunny afternoon, or get snuggled up by the gas stove and enjoy a good book. Upstairs, you will find three well-appointed bedrooms, one of which boasts an en-suite bathroom for added comfort and luxury during your stay. The charming town of Kenmare lies to the south of County Kerry on Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way, close to the border with County Cork. This area offers excellent touring opportunities for visitors with the rugged Beara Peninsula and the Ring of Kerry on either side, both encompassing some of the most spectacular seacapes in Ireland. Kenmare is home to traditional pubs that host live Irish music, along with gourmet eateries serving mouth-watering cuisine and delightful shops and boutiques where you’re sure to find a treasured keepsake of your time away. There are two excellent golf courses, one of which is literally on your doorstep with glorious views across the bay. Why not travel via cable car across to Dursey Island or visit the sculpture gardens near Glengarriff? The popular town of Killarney is within easy reach for a day trip, home to Ross Castle, Killarney’s lakes and the Killarney National Park.
