Across the way is a fantastic modern kitchen, containing all the appliances you need to make home-cooked meals; additionally, there is a breakfast bar where you can enjoy a coffee and socialise. When dinner is ready, gather your group and head over to the lovely dining room where there is enough seating for all. Downstairs you will find one of three bedrooms, this one being a well-presented double-size with a contemporary en-suite shower room; continuing upstairs will bring you to two more charming bedrooms, both featuring zip/link beds to suit your sleeping arrangements. The family bathroom is also located upstairs, featuring a spacious shower over bath and views out to the quaint forest and River Fowey. The kids can enjoy playing outside in the private rear paddock, that boasts access to the stream, where you can swim and fish to your heart's content!
