As you step inside you will be bowled over by the fascinating views from the sitting room, all cosy and smart with cool colours and squashy sofas. If required there is space for a child’s single folding bed. There is a table here to dine whilst watching life on the river, enjoying meals prepared in the neat and efficient little kitchen. The double bedroom is restful and romantic The outside is as lovely as the inside, with a table and chairs on a sundeck looking across the river and a quay with slipway and mooring which you share with one other cottage. For suppers on the river bank, wander 500 yards to the popular inns. Visit Plymouth for city lights and amenities, with a wide choice of excellent restaurants and a theatre. Walkers will be spoiled for choice, with woodland footpaths and walks to the Coast Path with stunning cliff top views. Mothecombe has a fabulous sandy beach where Sense and Sensibility was filed or the rock pools and marine conservation centre at Wembury are fascinating. Junket Studio is a lovely base for two in a very beautiful area.
