A circular table adequately seats four people, the well-equipped kitchen is adjacent and offers a variety of appliances such as a handy washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric oven and hob and fridge. Upstairs on the second floor is a further bathroom with a walk in shower. Dartmouth benefits from spectacular coastal walks and beautiful nearby beaches alongside the buzz of the vibrant town centre, which is filled with pretty narrow walkways, boutique shops, art galleries, a huge selection of delicatessens, cafés, bars and restaurants; it is equally appealing in the winter as it is in the summer. Dartmouth stages events such as the Music Festival in May, the Regatta in August, the Food Festival in October and Candlelit Dartmouth in December, whilst the Flavel (Arts) Centre has an ever-changing programme of live events and cinema. The River Dart can also be explored by taking a steamboat trip to the mouth of the river or by taking a ferry upstream to Dittisham or Greenway, Agatha Christie’s summer residence.
