Wander down the easy footpath through fields into the village to browse in the village shop or eat at the good pub. This is a conservation area with lots of footpaths, so it’s great walking country in the Blackdown Hills or along the coast around Lyme Regis, Seaton, Beer or Sidmouth. With golf, riding and fishing nearby, there are plenty of opportunities for outdoor activity. Axminster and Honiton are both interesting towns to explore, Little Evanses is a splendid base for simply enjoying the views or touring Devon, Dorset and Somerset.
