The property
Armorel House is a spacious well-presented property on three floors situated within a short distance of the centre of this historic town and its array of restaurants, pubs and boutique shops. There are three double bedrooms sleeping up to six guests, one with an en suite shower room and one with a super king-size bed that can be split, on request, to provide two singles. On the lower ground floor is a spacious living and dining room, large smart TV, with wood burning stove opening into the well-equipped kitchen. There is an additional tastefully furnished sitting room at entrance level with a smart TV, with a sofa bed that can be used for 2 additional guests for a £150 supplement. Approached through French doors off the dining room is a good-sized terraced balcony – ideal for al fresco dining – with a table and six chairs, whilst the lower decking has a lovely five-seater garden suite. There is a further level down with an enclosed patio with shrubs and a banana tree! With the added benefit of an off-road parking space for a small/medium car and an additional parking permit for use in the town centre car park (subject to available spaces). Armorel House provides an ideal base for guests looking to explore the town and the surrounding countryside.
Armorel House is a high-quality spacious holiday home offering well equipped accommodation, with off road parking, and within an easy walk to the town centre.
Three bedrooms: 1 x King-size (can be split into twin on request) 1 x King-size with en suite shower cubicle, wash-hand basin and toilet, 1 x King-size. Kitchen has large gas/electric range cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer. Open plan living/dining room. Utility/cloakroom with washer dryer, separate toilet with basin. Separate sitting room. Family bath/shower room on the upper floor incorporating bath, shower cubicle, toilet, wash-hand basin and towel rail. Terraced balcony and further lower garden patio and decking.
Please note that the beds can be made as super king size or twin.

Gas-fired central heating and hot water. Superfast fibre broadband internet. The large lounge offers a wood-burning stove, Smart TV. A second living room offers a Smart TV, and views over the valley. There is off-road parking for one car at the property (please note that access via South Ford Road is one way and narrow, entry to/from the parking space requires some care). Suggested maximum car width 2.1m. An annual parking pass - as an alternative or for one additional car - is provided for the Mayors Avenue car park (subject to availability of space).Please note that it is not available during the August Regatta.
