Crew House

Crew House is a well-presented, three-storey, dog-friendly terrace house located on Victoria Road in Dartmouth. Situated a short five-minute walk from the picturesque River Dart, and within easy reach of the town’s boutique shops, tea rooms and cafés, this is a fantastic holiday home. The Start Bay coastline is also a short drive away, whilst the South West Coast Path, offering walking opportunities galore, is within easy reach.

A set of a steps lead up from the road into the light and airy lounge/dining room with a wood-burning stove. Situated towards the rear of the property is a modern kitchen and a separate outhouse, housing the fridge freezer and washing machine. There are two bedrooms in total, both located on the first floor. The first has a King-size bed whilst the second is a twin bedroom (can be king on request). There is also an attic teenager retreat/reading room which can provided further sleeping accommodation upon request and at additional cost.
On the first floor is a family bathroom with bath and shower (over).
A car parking permit for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue car park.Please note that it is not available during the August Regatta

Newly decorated with updated photos to come. Two bedrooms: 1 x King-size and 1 x twin room with 2ft 6 beds (can be king on request within 2 weeks of arrival) One bathroom. Lounge/dining room. Modern kitchen. South-facing decking. Please note that the beds can be made as king size or twin. Requests for these must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Wall-mounted flatscreen. Wireless Broadband available. Smart TV and DVD player, as well as a range of books and games. Kitchen appliances include an BOSCH electric oven, four-ring gas hob, built-in microwave and an under-counter fridge. An outhouse houses the washing machine and freezer. A combi-boiler supplies central heating and instant hot water. To the rear of the property - accessed from the first floor is a pretty south-facing decked terrace area with garden furniture for 4, and parasol. An annual car parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to availability).Please note that it is not available during the August Regatta. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are provided. Pets are allowed at a £25 additional charge.
