The property

Harbour Heights is a contemporary bungalow, resting in an elevated position overlooking the River Dart in Dartmouth. This stylish South-facing home has some spectacular features including picture windows with superb views of the harbour and surroundings. The centre of Dartmouth is a short walk away, making it perfect for families looking to explore the town and surrounding area. Outside, there is a terraced sun trap with garden furnishings. There is a garage underneath suitable for a compact car, otherwise there is free parking on the street. Inside the property you will find an open-plan living space with plenty of room for the whole family to spend quality time together. The kitchen itself has a sleek and glossy finish, with all of the contemporary appliances you would need to cook a hearty family meal. The main bathroom is tiled and features a modern shower with body jets, WC and basin. Next door is the twin bedroom, featuring two single beds with truckles, allowing space for extra guests.
