The cottage is described as lovely, cosy, and well-equipped, with a great central location and proximity to amenities. Guests enjoyed the warm atmosphere and the outdoor seating area. The property
Pixie Cottage is a delightful character cottage on Clarence Hill. The Cottage is just a short walk from the shops, pubs and restaurants of the historic naval town of Dartmouth and within easy reach of the picturesque River Dart. Perfect for a couple or young family looking for quick and easy access to the town centre. The cottage has the benefit of a small terrace garden and river glimpses from the first floor. Blackpool Sands beach is a 5-10-minute drive whilst Woodlands Theme Park is just 3 miles outside of Dartmouth.
The entrance to the Cottage leads into a small lobby directly from Clarence Hill. Upstairs there are two well-presented bedrooms. The master bedroom has a leather- framed double bed and views over the terrace area at the rear of the property. The smaller second bedroom has twin beds and looks out to the front. Downstairs there is a cosy sitting area with comfortable leather sofas and Smart TV & Blueray / DVD player and wireless/ bluetooth speaker. There is also a feature fireplace with gas fire, for cosy winter evenings and a small wooden dining table and chairs. The living area leads into a cleverly designed well-equipped galley kitchen (with slightly sloping floors). Adjacent to the kitchen is a ground floor family shower room with large cubicle shower, w.c.and hand basin.
Guests have use of an annual car parking permit, for one car, which is for use in the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to availability). Please note that it is not available during the August Regatta
