The property is well-located, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a responsive host. While it offers a garage, it's narrow, and parking can be challenging. Some amenities were lacking, including a bathroom plug and sufficient seating. There were also noise issues from nearby establishments and some maintenance concerns.

Spinners House, 39 Victoria Road is a wonderful, four-bedroom characterful house located in the heart of the coastal community of Dartmouth, Devon. Spinners House, 39 Victoria Road welcomes six adults and two children for a Devonshire seascape and benefits from a prime location close to the harbour and a centre of amenities. We welcome you bringing along your dogs (usual maximum is two), to make the most of the lovely walks locally. Prior to entering the house, take advantage of an allocated parking place in the garage for one car, and an electric car charger point which is much sought after in the town. You will also find a convenient utility room on this level, where you can hang your wet clothing and hiking gear and take care of your laundry needs with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The family bathroom and the main living area are located on the first floor, which can be reached by taking the stairs. Utilise the well-equipped kitchen/diner where you can whip up brunch to be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or arrange the dining table in the spacious sitting area where you can also relax on the plush sofa with the Smart TV in sight. Continue climbing to the second floor, where you'll find one super-king-size bedrooms (zip/link) and one super-king, both serviced by another shower room. There are also double and twin bedrooms on the third floor, providing your group with plenty of room to relax and recharge. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the private, enclosed patio before venturing into town, where you'll discover a range of shops and restaurants to make your stay more convenient. The National Trust natural reserve of Little Dartmouth is nearby and is worth packing your walking boots for. You'll also arrive at the Dartmouth Museum, Castle Cove Beach, and Compass Cove Beach in close vicinity. Visit the Totnes Rare Breeds Farm by travelling inland along the River Dart or ascend up to the ruins of Totnes Castle for breath-taking vistas across the country. Be sure to add Berry Head National Nature Reserve to your itinerary for some wildlife spotting, as well as Brixham Harbour and Churston Cove for further coastal views.
