Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a twin bedroom on the ground floor. This floor also houses a well-appointed bathroom, featuring a corner bath with a shower over, a basin, a heated towel rail, and a WC, perfect for a peaceful soak after a day of exploring. Venture up to the first floor where you will find an open-plan living space, thoughtfully laid out with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a sitting area. This space is perfect for gathering with your loved ones, whether it's to enjoy a home-cooked meal or to unwind with a film on the Smart TV with the Amazon Firestick. Continue your journey to the second floor, where you will find a king-size bedroom, complete with Velux windows that flood the room with natural light. This room also features a selection of books for your perusal and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, perfect for when you want to get ready in the mornings. Outside, the enclosed garden with decking and seating provides a serene space for you to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink, whilst soaking up the coastal atmosphere and is also a fantastic place to dine Alfresco should the sun be beaming down on you.
