The property
This very stylish first-floor apartment enjoys an elevated position with unrivalled sea views, less than half a mile from Dawlish town centre. Positioned next to the owner’s home seperately accessed via an internal staircase. It is a superb base for a couple wanting to explore this charming town and the wonderful coast of Devon. Expressing quality in a contemporary fashion, discover the open-plan living area where you can relax on the sumptuous sofa and admire the undisturbed sea views, or take advantage of the Smart TV for all your favourite on-demand entertainment. There is also a small kitchenette area with some basic appliances however Dawlish is home to a variety of cafés and superb restaurants covering a range of tastes and preferences. As the night rolls in, head to the generous super king-size bedroom, which can be twin beds on request, to catch up on your sleep, dressed with crisp white sheets and occupying an open style wardrobe for your clothes.
