The property

Hartland 1.7 miles. Coast View is a Grade II-listed, reverse-level barn conversion, near the village of Hartland in Devon. This property boasts a woodburning stove, stunning sea views, and designated off-road parking for two cars, making it an ideal place for a family getaway. When you step foot into your new holiday base, you’re met by two bedrooms: a superking-size (zip/link) with en-suite bathroom, and one of the king-size rooms with en-suite shower room. Make your way up the stairs to the sitting area to where you can relax in the armchair or the two sofas. The second staircase will take you down to an additional en-suite king-size room. After you find a show to indulge in, enter the kitchen to make something tasty. Sit around the dining table or go outside to take in some sun on the patio garden and enjoy some alfresco dining. When the day draws to a close, sit in the garden with wonderful views of the coast and stunning sunsets. The remoteness of Coast View allows for spectacular star gazing after dark. Wind down for the night in the neatly presented comfortable bed. Start your morning off with a refreshing shower or bath in the en-suite showers or bathroom. A shop and a pub are a short drive away for any essentials or a meal out and exceptional restaurants are only a short drive. For a lovely day out, visit the Hartland Devon Heritage Coast for a tranquil stroll past the waterfalls, go on a hike to see some tremendous vantage points, or take on the waves with some surfing. Take a short drive to Sandymouth Beach for a long stroll along the unspoilt coast and wide sandy beach then enjoy a bite to eat at the beach cafe. For water enthusiasts, visit Westward Ho to join in with the watersports. Slightly further afield, along the Atlantic Highway, is the town of Bude, where you can enjoy a day on the beach followed by an evening meal in one of the pubs or restaurants.
