On the ground floor, is a well equipped, fully fitted kitchen (including ceramic topped cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine) with a small breakfast table, and doors leading out to the rear terrace. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen with a large table, and bay window. Also on the ground floor is a light, dual aspect sitting room boasting sea views. The comfortable living space also has a wood burning stove, perfect for cosy evenings by the fireside. There are four bedrooms in total. The master bedroom has a King-size bed with ensuite shower room, and the second double has a super King-size bed with sea views. The third bedroom is a twin room with full-size single beds (which can be zipped together to make a super-King if requested), whilst the fourth bedroom has twin beds. Additionally, there is a first floor bathroom with bath, and shower room on the ground floor. Outside, there is a good sized area of paved terrace to the rear of the house with table/chairs, and barbeque.
The property has a private drive with off-road parking for two cars, with additional road parking in the nearby village. Free Wireless broadband internet is available. Up to two dogs are permitted.
