As day rolls into night, refresh with a rejuvenating shower or perhaps an indulgent bath before you retire for a well-earned rest in one of the four plush bedrooms, which include a master suite complete with king-size bed, dressing area, and an en-suite bathroom. Across a small courtyard from the entrance to Hurwick Lodge is a detached 2 storey annex providing a further 5th bedroom on the first floor, and a shower room on the ground floor. Larger parties will enjoy the games room on the ground floor of the annex with it's pool table that cleverly converts to a table tennis table. After savouring your morning coffee whilst soaking in views of the rolling hills, head out to explore what your local area has to offer. Five bedrooms in total: 4 in Hurdwick Lodge and 1 in the detached annex. The lodge provides 1 x king-size suite with dressing room, en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, 1 x ground-floor king-size and 1 x ground-floor double both with en-suite shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, 1 x twin with Smart TV. Ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. The annex provides 1 x first floor king-size bedroom in the detached annex with a shower room. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Utility with washing machine and freezer.

Note: The annex is not attached to the lodge itself but is within 2 metres of Hurdwick Lodge, ideal for those who would like a bit of quiet or privacy has no wifi access. Note: There is an unfenced pond located on the parkland, please make sure children are supervised at all times. Note: The owner's home is located adjacent to the lodge. Note: There will be livestock grazing in the parkland surrounding the property. Note: As the property is on a working farm, all dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and dog poo picked up please. There is a small enclosed garden for exercising your dog, otherwise there are many beautiful walks on Dartmoor. Note: Potential discount for smaller parties of 8 or less - please enquire.
