Lily Cottage is a semi-detached cottage situated in Pelynt near Looe Cornwall. Internally, the property has been extensively renovated to provide comfortable and attractive accommodation in the heart of the countryside. There is an open-plan living area with a range of comfortable seating, and boasting a lovely woodburning stove, perfect for cosy nights in, in front of the Smart TV. Settle down at the dining room table, with seating for up to six people and enjoy a lovely home-cooked meal. Prepared in the modern kitchen, with its wooden units and sleek black worktops. On the lower ground floor are three bedrooms, one double with an en-suite shower room, one super -king and one twin. There is a separate family bathroom with the choice of a bath or shower over. Outside are communal gardens. A wildlife camera has been fitted to the owl box and connected to the Smart TV inside, providing precious live footage for wildlife enthusiasts. Oil central heating, woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, nespresso coffee maker. Smart TV, iPod dock, a selection of books and games and Super-fast WiFi. A tumble dryer is available which serves the barns charged at £5 per load. Logs are provided on arrival and additional logs can be purchased at £5 per load. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Communal landscaped gardens with gas BBQ. Guests can purchase logs to be used in the outside charcoal BBQ Cot and Highchair provided. Two well behaved dogs welcome (XL Bully breeds cannot be accommodated). Sorry no smoking in the cottage or the grounds. Shop 12 mins walk and pub 1 mile. Bike storage (available on request). Note: Care must be taken with children, the infirm and dogs in the grounds as there are open ponds and uneven ground. Note: Lily Cottage does have ground floor bedrooms but the accommodation is arranged over two floors. Note: 7-night bookings must start on a Friday. Note: Short breaks can only start on either a Monday or a Friday.
