From the allocated parking space, the apartment is accessed via a flight of stone steps to the communal front door and entrance lobby. On the first floor, the apartment opens into a hallway from which all rooms can be accessed.
The open plan living area provides a comfortable sitting/dining room with a divided kitchen area. From the bay window in the dining area, spectacular views can be enjoyed.
Two bedrooms in total, a master bedroom with King-size bed, wardrobes and French doors to a small private balcony. In addition, this room has an en suite with bath, shower (over) wash hand basin and w.c. Bedroom two, is a twin room with wardrobe and wash-hand basin.
