St Elmo Court occupies a secluded and private setting in sub-tropical gardens, and enjoys superb views over the valley and the mouth of the Salcombe estuary. 17 St Elmo Court is an exquisitely furnished first floor apartment, presented to the highest standard, within a short walk of North Sands Beach. Salcombe’s boutique shops, popular restaurants and picturesque waterfront are also within walking distance.

The open-plan lounge and dining room is light and spacious with high ceilings, a four-seater sofa and two armchairs, a eight-person extending dining table, TV with DVD player, Sonos music system and sliding windows to a balcony with outdoor furniture, including a parasol. A fully fitted kitchen comprises a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Three bedrooms in total; the master has a double bed and en suite bathroom with a P-shaped bath and shower over. The second bedroom features twin beds which can be linked to create a super-king. The third bedroom has full-sized twin single beds. A shower room, adjacent to the second bedroom, has a walk-in shower and airing cupboard.

Outside, St. Elmo residents enjoy exclusive use of an outdoor heated swimming pool (open from May to late September). There is parking for one car however additional spaces may be available out of season.
