The property

Offering beautiful views over Salcombe’s stunning estuary and harbour, this waterside property is less than a one-minute walk away from ferries to sandy beaches, boutique shops and fantastic restaurants. Several rooms of this traditional terraced cottage boast views over the Salcombe Estuary and towards the sandy beaches at East Portlemouth.

With accommodation set over three floors, this cosy cottage offers a charming South Devon base. On the middle floor is an open plan living, kitchen and dining room with estuary views. This includes a well equipped kitchen, a dining area with a table and chairs seating six guests comfortably, and a comfortable living area with two sofas. There is also a cloakroom with w.c on this floor.

On the top floor are two bedrooms, both with estuary views. The first has a King-size bed and an en suite shower room, and the second has bunk beds. The third bedroom is on the lower ground floor and has a King-size bed. In addition to the en suite is a family bathroom with a bath and shower over. There is also a utility room with a washer/dryer. Guests can enjoy the benefit of a private parking space in a central town location.

Outside is a large decked balcony overlooking the estuary, furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. Relax in the comfort of your holiday home, or explore the popular sailing town of Salcombe on your doorstep; spend long days building sandcastles on the beach, or explore the South Devon coastline by boat or on foot, before returning to make the most of fantastic pubs and eateries!
