2 Brook Cottages is a super little mid terrace chalet, all bright and welcoming with an open-plan living space where you can cook, eat, watch TV and relax sociably with access to a shower room. It also looks out across the garden, so is ideal for keeping an eye on the children when they are playing happily in the sunshine outside. Head up four steps to find your two bedrooms. The king size bed (with a memory foam mattress) with dressing room through bedroom door (or can be used as a single bedroom), handy for keeping an eye on your little ones. The second bedroom with a separate door has two full size single beds also with new mattresses. With the shared open space and the beach within a stroll, 2 Brook Cottages is ideal for a family seaside break. Please note that there is currently no electric vehicle charging capability at the property nor in Hope Cove.

Off road parking for one car (additional on-grass parking for second car). 2 well behaved pets allowed, but please note the garden is not enclosed. Shop and pub 10 mins walk.
