Sunny Mount is a beautiful, Victorian, terraced, townhouse in the heart of the popular seaside resort of Teignmouth. Lovingly refurbished, Sunny Mount offers stylish holiday accommodation with a seaside theme including portholes and a pirate chest! The focal point of the house is the fabulous kitchen/diner which has a glass roof and a snug at one end. This enormous room has a real holiday feel. Doors lead to a small courtyard with a patio and covered area complete with garden furniture. There are 5 bedrooms set over the upper two floors, with the master bedroom and the second floor double bedroom both having views across the roof tops to the beach and pier. The bunk room is ideal for both children and adults. A short walk will take you to the award-winning sandy beach backed by a long promenade, along which is the traditional Victorian pier and a huge children’s play park with water fountains. Teignmouth also has a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, and with the train station and passenger ferry to Shaldon within easy walking distance you can leave the car behind and explore this family frendly resort on foot.

Three stairs up to Bedroom 2 (limited hanging space) with two sets of bunk beds. Bedroom 3 with king-size bed and TV with en-suite shower room with shower, WC and washbasin. Second Floor: Bedroom 4 with twin beds. Bedroom 5 with king-size bed. Shower Room with shower, WC and washbasin.

Central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave. Washing machine, tumble dryer. TV/DVD, WiFi. Cot and highchair available on request.
