Note: There are a few steps from the kitchen to the downstairs lounge/diner with a handrail. Note: Children should be supervised when in the swimming pool at all times. Note: When the pool is not in use, the pool door should be shut and the pool covered. Note: Depth of swimming pool is 4ft and there are no deep or shallow parts. Note: Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and are not allowed in bedrooms or swimming pool area. Note: There is a CCTV camera on the end of house overlooking entrance, positioned for security purposes only when the cottage is vacant so will be switched off during your stay
