For those looking to discover a real hidden gem, walking the steep path through delightful National Trust land will reward you with the secluded Weston Mouth Beach. Also close by is Sidmouth, home to many clean beaches, friendly shops, a beautiful esplanade and cliff-top walks with breathtaking views. As well as a whole host of cheery pubs serving good food and local ales, other attractions well worth a visit are the Pecorama miniature railway park, the Otter Estuary Nature Reserve and if you should wish to venture further along the Jurassic Coast you’ll discover a number of cliffs filled with fossils and splendid sandy beaches.
