Gather the family around the dining table to enjoy the meal rustled up in the fully-equipped kitchen; or enjoy some alfresco dining on the private patio in the rear enclosed garden. When the sky darkens, travel up to the first floor where you can tuck the kids into the fun twin room before choosing from the two remaining doubles; the rooms are serviced by a sleek bathroom and ground-floor wet room. Rest up, ready for another exciting day on the coast.

Seagull Cottage rests in the centre of town where you can enjoy a fine selection of independent shops and variety of attractions, including the Fossil Museum, Lyme Regis Marine Aquarium, and Jurassic Footgolf. Ground-floor wet room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Living/dining room with woodburning stove (logs not included but can be purchased locally)

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Alexa speaker, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Private off-road parking for 2 medium sized vehicles, though guests on occasion have parked a large people carrier . Rear gravelled garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub and beach 0.1 miles. Note: A welcome pack with milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats will be provided. Logs for the log burner can be purchased locally.
