The property benefits from off-road parking directly in front and features a small enclosed south facing garden with outdoor seating, an inviting space to enjoy a morning coffee or a peaceful evening drink. Patio doors open into a bright conservatory seating area, which flows into a cosy open plan living space. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable sofa and smart TV, a dining table and chairs, and a compact kitchen equipped with an oven, hob, and fridge with ice box. Guests also have access to a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, available by arrangement with the owner. On the ground floor, there’s a modern shower room, while upstairs leads to a beautiful vaulted bedroom with large windows that flood the space with natural light. An ensuite cloakroom with WC and wash basin adds an extra touch of comfort.
