A pet-friendly cottage, dogs are welcome too, ideal for those looking to enjoy the many coastal walks, including the renowned Southwest Coastal Path and the beaches, many of which welcome dogs.

Steps lead from the parking spaces to the house where you will get your first sight of the impressive views evident throughout. Bright and welcoming, the lounge is furnished with sumptuous sofas where you can recline in front of the flame effect gas fire. A separate snug with doors opening onto the rear garden is perfect for sitting quietly with a book and enjoying your morning coffee before embarking on your day.
Often the heart of the home, the kitchen/diner in this house is no exception. Well-equipped and furnished, it is the ideal sociable space to gather everyone together for mealtimes.
The four beautifully styled bedrooms are located on the first floor and include a spacious super-king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a king-size with en-suite shower room. The second king-size bedroom and the twin bedroom are serviced by the family bathroom which has a bath with a thermostatic shower over.

Bedecked with an outdoor table and chairs, this spot has alfresco mealtimes calling while you sit and watch the late evening sun highlighting the Golden Cap cliffs in the distance.
At the rear of the house, there is a spacious patio area and a further terraced garden with pretty coastal styled planting and mature shrubs.

When it comes to a holiday in Lyme Regis, venture out and fully enjoy your surroundings. A short stroll alongside the river walk will take you into the town centre with its many independent shops and attractions. A favourite with families, the sandy beach is the ideal spot for swimming or sitting in the sun, while those who enjoy more active beach time activities can try their hand at paddleboarding or take a boat trip from the famous Cobb harbour and appreciate the breathtaking Jurassic coast from the sea.
When you don’t fancy cooking in the evening, head to one of the many restaurants and pubs, such as SWIM on the seafront or The Pilot Boat, both serving a great selection of local food and beverages.
In an area renowned for its fossils there are many related activities to enjoy, whether you want to soak up the history at The Lyme Regis Museum or learn about the area’s geology at The Charmouth Coast Heritage Centre situated on the beach in neighbouring Charmouth. A pretty sheltered cove with a backdrop of limestone cliffs and a long fishing heritage which is still very much alive today, offering a colourful population of fishing boats, fresh fish and Beer crab for sale, and mackerel fishing trips.
