Inishnee House is located on the newly developed Barrelmans Point in one of the most scenic coastal areas of the UK, The Shotley Peninsula. Situated on the former HMS Ganges site, the development sits at the southern end of the Suffolk Coast & Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Ground Floor
The front door opens into the hallway with the cloakroom to your left and the open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room in front.
Kitchen/Living/Dining Space
Inishnee House offers complete open plan living, ideal for relaxing with family and friends. The kitchen boasts everything needed to cook up those culinary delights with an electric oven with four ring hob and extractor fan above, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Meal times can be enjoyed at the dining table or alternatively enjoy breakfast at the breakfast bar. Snuggle down on the sumptuous corner sofa and enjoy the Sky TV provided. In the summer time open up the double doors onto the enclosed garden space.
